Description: During this session we will explore a writing framework inspired by the tenets of project based learning. Building upon student voice and choice, this framework provides teaching strategies to help your students develop the necessary skills to become independent readers and writers. In addition, we will look at tools within this structure to teach our students to effectively manage real world writing tasks. Come to this session and let’s explore how to teach writing as a writer! No project based learning knowledge is necessary to attend this session.
